It’s not as though you had to race into the Senate and save other people: we have the NYPD and FDNY for that.

It’s not as though you had to attack the people delivering the vector and stop them before they could do more harm — a couple random civilians on an early morning flight already did that, over Pennsylvania, on September 11. Some passengers on a Greyhound bus in Utah did that yesterday, but we don’t need that much from you.

All you had to do was show up. All you had to do was do what you’ve been telling everyone else to do for a month: continue business as usual.

You say there was a danger from the air vents? Wear a fucking dust mask. Hell, wear a fucking gas mask — show up in a hazmat suit if you want to, but SHOW UP. I’d say that you ran like school girls, but I saw some school girls this morning, and they were GOING to SCHOOL.
