I forgot to mention during the funfest of “mess up Doyce’s evening” that went on Monday, I got mail informing me that we HAVE to switch to MSN as an ISP if we want to keep using the Qwest DSL modem (the only high-speed connection available in our area).

The steps they send you in the mail don’t work yet.

Me: You sent me these steps and told me to switch, and they don’t work.
Support: No, that procedure isn’t functional yet.
Me: Then quit sending me mail about it until you have a product.

Why the hell couldn’t they have made a support deal with… ANYONE else?
