Which doesn't, of course, mean anything as to who actually sent it, though it would have been "nice" to have a smoking gun pointing at some foreign country like, say, Iraq.

Which is why I didn't really editorialize that piece of news, though this does raise the *chance* that the attack was domestic in origin, it doesn't remotely rule out a foreign agency.
Why? Because we arm half the damn planet ourselves.
Certianly, I'm not reporting this because I think the attack was or wasn't domestic -- my raised eyebrow comes from the fact that we are (literally) reaping what our military has sown.

Perhaps. Though there are other sources of anthrax available. And how much of what is being used in treatment of those patients, or in researching how it's been spread, has come from the DoD anthrax research over the past decades?
