Ugh.

It’s been a long week, chilluns. Let’s review.

Columbus. Wow. There’s a fine line between a guy with part-time security job and a volunteer militia member. I had both in my class this week. That was great.

My dentist called me on Tuesday to let me know they could get me in on Wednesday… three whole weeks early. Problem: I was in Columbus.

I watched A Knight’s Tale and Moulin Rouge while I was on the trip, back to back. That was sort of surreal, since both of them use anachronistic music for what are ostensibly period pieces. Knight’s Tale was simple mindless fun.

Moulin Rouge was incredibly enjoyable for me, and I’ve been annoyingly forward, since my return to Denver, in recommending it to others. I am hereby doing the same thing here — if you haven’t seen it, go rent it. Be prepared for a musical farce, and you should enjoy it.

What did I do this weekend? Nada. Watched football. It was wonderful. (Sorry about not posting since I’ve been back, I’ve just been too lazy :)

Back to work tomorrow, though I think I might try to finagle a non-standard arrangement for the next few weeks while Justin’s off track. We’ll see.
