The (silly) task: couple two words in a Google search that yeilds only one hit.

I’m especially fond of this; alliteration combined with a beautiful mental image: Google Search: tribbles tartare excuse me, Google Search: tribals tartare.

Problem with this one is that dictionary.com doesn’t think tartare is a word, but steak tartare is. :P

I’ll just have to keep looking. Not as though I don’t have the time :P

Hate to burst your bubble, but this isn't a true googlewhack.

The official spelling of Tartar is, well, tartar. And the official Star Trek spelling of tribal, is, well, tribal.

tribal tartar

If you look at the top of the google page, inside the blue bar that repeats the search phrase, each word should be underlined and linked to the definition at dictionary.com. If it isn't, it doesn't count.

I'll grant you the tribal thing, but tartar, as in steak tartare, doesn't exist by itself on dictionary.com. Steak tartare does, however, and is spelled... well, tartare.

All the tartar entries are for ethic groups and whatnot, not the food preparation.

So... tribals tartare is still right, it just looks wrong. :(

Still, glory robbing.
