Thanks to Dave for sending a bunch of these over (he’s not responsible for the ugly Jake-montage though).

Here we have Dizzy, who looks a lot bigger in the picture than she really is.

For those of you who could see him clearly in the other picture and (for some reason) want to, here’s a shot of Justin. It show the whole picture, but it’s a little too boy-band for me.

A trio of shots I took of Jake with my folks camera when they were in town. The lame-ass bandana = not my idea.

Finally, when I was little, my hair was about 20 gazillion shades lighter than Katherine’s (Dave and Margie’s lil’ girl), but you wouldn’t know that now, wouldja. That’s what 31 years will do to your hair (assuming it doesn’t just fall out when you assume custody of an 11 year old kid).

Using hand signals, Rachael indicated that she would like to bite Dizzy and Jake. This is to be understood as an indication of great respect.

Hey! Dave cut out the best part of the shot of you and Katherine, The Book! What the audience doesn't see is that Uncle Doyce is reading the monsters section of the D&D Oriental Adventures book to Katherine. Way Cute!

Doyce cut it out, not me. I chewed up several hours of bandwidth sending full-sized multi-megabyte photos across our dial-up line to friends.

Ha! I want a dog just like Dizzy! What a doll-baby!

Jake seems okay with the bandana - my browser (IE) won't let me see the third pic, but first two show lots of personality. My mom has a dobie-am staff mix, and her face is a lot like Jake's. She's a happy dog - but my God! the attention she requires. Just exhausting.

And um, I haven't done it yet, but I have decided to color my hair. I got seven years running on you, and I think every day has translated to at least one new grey hair. Blah!
