Most of you have heard the old rule that says “if you can’t get at least 3 hours of sleep, don’t sleep at all.”

Why do 10-20 minute cat-naps kick so much ass, then.

For people in optimum health, it's 30 minutes per every four hours awake. Twenty minute "power naps" DO work -- science's not even questioning it anymore...
