Unreal.

I don't know what's worse -- that only guys are up there, or that nobody in the White House considered how that would look.

Even the Conservative press is whacking the White House for that display of PR showmanship.

From the National Review
"MEMO TO WHITE HOUSE: That could have been prevented (even though there are soooo many bad female pols, there are also good ones you could have gotten up there....or other women.) I suspect we will see that white male image replayed often in the next 360-something days."

Personally, and I know how much the Bear hates politics talk, but I'm against abortion.

I mean with modern pharacology it's archaic to have the sorts of procedures take place that are taking place.

Oh, I'm against the procedue and in favor of handing out RU-48-like drugs like jelly beans.

Personally, I'm in the Klang and Kotos school of thought - Abortions for some, tiny American flags for the rest.

Now since we're on the subject of poltically charged TV bites and men, what the hell is the deal with NARL's commerican with the WASP'y old man and the "Abortion is outlawed" newspaper headlines. "One vote..." The most poltically conservative court in the last 70 years in is session and they won't touch Abortion, hell they've said they won't touch it. It's an insulting commerical, hell they play it on the History Channel during a WW2 marathon, great demographic for them there.
