Madrid train bombs
Explosions have torn through three Madrid train stations during the morning rush hour with latest reports listing 173 people killed as a result of terrorist bombings.

I'm sure that ETA had organizational and technical support from the Armed Islamic Group (GIA), but in the same way that the OKC bombers had at least advsing from the Abu Sayyaf Group.
It's terrible and I hope there is a crack down in the Basque region soon.
