Dave has an really excellent essay on the pros and cons of InDecision 2004.

a) I agree with all his points, both pro and con for Bush and pro and con for Kerry, and at the same time could (and probably would) have never articulated them so well.
b) I came to the same eventual conclusion that he did, which isn’t really a foregone thing — I think that it’s fair to say that Dave’s points could be taken and paraphrased whole-cloth by a non-rabid supporter of either candidate and used to illustrate why they are, reluctantly, voting for X. That’s not being wishy-washy — that’s acknowledging that it’s a close race with no good candidates to be had.

It’s simply a really good article — read it.
