I hereby inform you of a great secret or two:

1. Kids shows are a lot better than we ever thought they were after we outgrew them. This may be an objective truth, or it may simply be that there are a lot of high quality kids shows out there, but it is true regardless.

2. Nobody who doesn't have a toddler or preschooler or even later realizes this.

3. The catch-phrases you and your kid pick up from these shows will be with you for years.

4. You, as the adult, will remember a lot more details of these shows than your kid does -- but *they'll* be the ones to buy the aetherlink mind-dumps of them for *their* kids when they grow up.
