Jackie let me sleep in this morning, which I actually did, wonder of wonders, until 10 am. Reading with the Boy, then writing with myself.

I’m not caught up on NaNoWriMo yet, but I’m not out of range, either. 2k per day for the rest of November gets me to 50 thousand, and better than that, I’m pretty damn pleased with the way it’s coming out. It’s not all sterling stuff, but surprising more than disappointing myself.
