Pheasant and a Buffalo!
And maybe a Wild Turkey, no not the booze, the critter. I've seen a Thanksgiving load of turkeys the 8 times I've been this year.
A Tatanka Blanco perhaps :)

Yes, but isn't that characteristic of Michigan?

Actually, wouldn't Wild Turky the Booze be appropriate, too?

I think South Dakota is more of a Canadian Lord Calvert or Segram's state than a Wild Turkey state.
At least from the bottles I spied when drive from Rapid City to Eagle Butte the last time at about 115.

thank you Ian, you obviously have never been anywhere but Metro Airport and the Livonia Embassy Suites.
Give me a day next year and we will go to Kensington Metro Park... or Belle Isle...
Give me a couple of days, we can go around the state... a chance to show you a bit more of Michigan than urban blight and expressways...
(which we do have our share of - no arguement there...)

Great, put a bunch of Wasichu graffiti on the state coin. Why not a nice shot of downtown Pine Ridge?

Damn, lookit TC with the regional knowledge!
You officially know about 1005% more than any non-native needs (or wants) to know about South Dakota, m'man.

I would have also mentioned The Place To Go for all of Pine Ridge's Alcoholic needs, i.e. White Clay, but that's in Nebraska. I'll just wait for their state coin to come out before I talk about that one.
