  • OA or Spiderman tonight. OA, which wended off into the wee hours of the night.
  • The sprinkler system should be fixed today! Yeah, right. Rat Bastards did not show up and DID NOT CALL. Them: Well, we can reschedule… Me: Oh please, I can schedule a half-dozen guys to be here a week too late. B’bye.*
• Saturday
  • Carpet shampooing, paint touch-ups, serious spring cleaning, and some yard work, including laying the stepping stones. Hmm… mostly yardwork — I built part of the brick pathway that’s going to wind through the yard and we came up with a plan to turn about 40% of our yard into landscaping. I am very much looking forward to that. Following that, ***Dave and I replaced all the broken parts of the sprinkler system ourselves (*flex*), and got the SUMBITCH working — it leaks a tiny little bit, which the *new* sprinkler guys will come and fix later this month — for now, we have our sprinklers back, and I’m happy enough with that.
  • Spiderman Ran out of time.
  • Cry Havoc people are coming over that night. Si, although we did kick them out a little early, due to exhaustion.
• Sunday
  • Basically I’ll be doing whatever I didn’t get done with on Saturday, bracketed by Starting and Stopping the Gameday at Collectormania. Basically that meant carpet shampooing. We finished up the day by going to Spiderman (which was great), and then watching Alias (also great). All we have left for this week is a whole lot of routine house-cleaning and doing the downstairs carpets.
