I have always been intrigued by it, and never brave enough to join a class. (by myself, since I live in boonyland and my friends are all an hour away)
was it good...

cross your fingers for me...i might be able to slip into a tai chi class at work, if if if. the instructor seems legit, but the full rates are out of my reach.
