The 2.21 Monday Mission
1. What happened this weekend that made you smile?
Jackie made chocolate-chocolate-chip cookies (with crumbly sugar coating) — my smile was quite a bit like a the shaking, clenched teeth of a DT victim, but it was definately a smile.
2. Did you make someone smile today? If not, will you try?
I made a couple co-workers laugh, bitching about my training session today.
3. Have you any clothes or accessories you love to wear but just totally embarrass the person you are being seen with?
I have a bucket-hat that I wear when I work on the yard. Suffice it to say it is not an attractive accessory on me. I finally decided that I don’t care.
4. What was the catch phrase you said the most in High School?
[Repressed. Someone who knew me then would have to help me remember.]
5. Who are you remembering this Memorial Day? (or for those not celebrating it, tell me about someone worth remembering)
I don’t know any deceased veterans. Gah… I didn’t even call my family up — bad son, BAD SON.
6. Do you think you are a good friend?
I think I can be. I think I’ve trained myself to be considerate. I’m not entirely sure my gut instincts with regards to these matters are those of a good friend, so I try to veto them whenever possible. A good rule of thumb is to volunteer to do whatever my Lazy Voice is telling me to avoid.
