Woohoo! Tell me how it goes, man. I just switched from Mandrake to Redhat myself. Mandrake was pretty cool and a damn easy setup, you shouldn't have much trouble.

So trying to install a Windows OS over the weekend wasn't enough pain for you? Or was that what drove you to looking for an alternative?

I'm actually just dual-booting my work machine "for the fun of it" -- aside from a little sound-card fiddle-de-dee and accidentally not installing a gui email program, it's working quite well.
I hate the way everyone's page looks in mozilla-based browsers, though. Embrace CSS!
