Bic’s Coffee Shop on Midway Road in Carrollton, Texas is really more of a diner. I recommend. Darn good chicken n’ dumplings.
Also, the waitresses call everyone ‘hon’. It’s Texas, what else would they call you? :)

Mmm, chicken and dumplings. It's been decades since I've had that. Not the flat, hard dumplings, but the soft, fluffy kind. Mmm.
