Not being able (or willing) to talk about work on here has robbed me of some substantial blog-fodder of late. Ah well, that’s the way it is.

I’ve been pondering moving a substantial section of my web-site over to another domain (leaving the blog and writing stuff here). This is partily motivated by my desire to give my game-related stuff it’s own ‘place’, which I’d like to do, and partly it’s because I’m pushing the outer edge of my 75 megs right now and that limits my ability to post large pictures and files and whatnot.

The responsible cell in the back of my brain did a little math:

Adding 50 megs to my existing domain space with HM: +5 bucks/month.

2 year new domain reg, plus new host space of 75 megs at the marvelous Hosting matters: 20 bucks, plus 11 bucks/month.

Yeah. So anyway, I’ve got a lot more space on bears-cave and room for about a dozen sub-domains, which I’ll make use of to do a lame version of what I wanted to do with the new domain.

So there.
