Note from the site host that my company uses, on whose server I am trying to run MovableType:
Dear XXXX,
Actually we do not support .cgi executables.
We fully support ASP scripts and win32 cgi executables (dll, isa, exe). You can create the executables in Visual C, Visual Basic, Delphi, etc. You can access the scripts/cgi via calling them directly as a link, you can set them as form action or you can include them in your .shtml files using Server Side Includes.
Translation: We are too busy licking the sweat off Steve Ballmer’s glorious balding head to actually talk to you. God he’s sexy. Microsoft is kewl. Assimilate me.

Alternative Translation: We're sorry, our hardware is twenty years old and held together with baling wire and expectorated tobacco juice. And our software hasn't been updated since the last moon shot. Kthxbye.

Alternate Translation: We're sorry but since we can buy a kickin' Linux or BSD powered anything for 1/3 the price of the HP/Compaq/Dell that the IT guys pushed through AND we get raped by Microsoft's Licence Structure but we get that SWEEEEET Windows 2000 Server GUI that sometimes jsut stops refreshing parts of the screen at random, we're not allowing .cgis. Get with the program...go MS! and next year Digital Rights Management will kick in!

When I saw that Ballmer movie, I dumped my MS stock, bought an assault rifle. At least they don't depreciate.

The mpeg that I linked to up in the post. Steve Ballmer, CEO of MS, acting like a gibbering mouther.

He looks and acts like a freakin' crazy man.
It was like something from the bad Planet of the Apes movie.
