I got this thing at Garts today. It’s sort of stretchy black long-sleeved shirt. It’s supposed to keep you cooler when you’re sweating and warmer (or at least not chilled) when you’re not. The brand name is something like “underarmor”.

I don’t know if it does what it’s supposed to do (haven’t used it at the gym yet), but it’s definitely doing something; for instance, my arms are warm, but random spots on my torso will suddenly get sort of chilly, then warm back up. It’s weird.

I was wearing it under a sweatshirt and jeans before. When I took the sweatshirt off awhile ago it looked like I was halfway through stripping down to my secret superhero costume. Cool.

Reggie wears UnderArmor under his football uniform - mostly to eliminate loosing the fleshy part of his arms to the turf - but it does do what it is suppose to.

I had a chance to give it a real workout yesterday. After the gym, the shirt was absolutely soaked (yeah, I know, gross -- I was wearing it under a pretty heavy sweatshirt) but my skin was dry as a bone when I took it off. Very weird.
