I’m torn about it.

On the one hand, this front page is both a blog/journal and a portal to all the other crap I’ve goin going on in my life and surrounding the actual text with all the links I use daily is just part of the way I work.

On the other hand, it’s a big texty mess; when I just want to reread what I wrote yesterday, I go here — it’s damn tempting to add a few tiny things to that version of the front page and swap the two.

And I’m in the mood to redesign.

Keep it as is.

This would have been a good post for one of those 'yes' 'no' polls that I see all the cool kids put on their blogs.

Ah well. Opportunity missed.

Go for it, man.

And I think it's a great sign that you're feeling that "gotta redesign the page" kind of creativfe energy.

Aha!

And almost a shock, so used am I to the "Bears Cave Classic" design. But I like. A bit more polish and personalizing, and it'll be a home.

I hope you saved a screen shot of the old one.

It's still up there.

It's just that "index.html" trumps "index.php"

Hey...Where'd you go...It would be kind of nice to have the Doyce picture o' the day up in the corner.

Also, If you have some spare time, (*grin*) could you change the colors on "Cry Havoc". The orange and yellow scheme is getting to be a bit jarring.

looks good, and Thanks!
