I liked the parts about being nice to Muslims and not wanting to destroy Afghanistan […] have we come to expect so little from Bush that the fact that he was able to utter a few words without messing up made it seem more impressive […] if Clinton had given that speech, he would have been called repetitive and vague, and accused of pandering to emotions rather than providing practical information.
