A long time ago, ***Dave asked me why I called the Hill/Kleerup house The Consortium in emails.
Well, it’s shorter to type, for one thing. Also, it’s so damn appropriate.
The Consortium, celebrating eight years of wedlock today (and over two decades of good friendship, if my math isn’t wrong). Two people more deserving of well-wishes and happiness I do not know, and I am blessed in turn to be lucky enough to know them.

Aw, shucks ...
And, yes, I believe we were first introduced (at a D&D table, in point of fact, DMed by the guy who was our Best Man) in the fall of 1981 ... I think. So we're over the twenty year mark in friendship thang.
And, for the record, we were a-courting for a couple of years before we got hitched.
