It's better when the ER docs won't come into the same room you are in because of the pulsing necrotic black mass by the eye.
I was bitten by a Brown Recluse Spider at work. I was misdiagnosed and then on Christmas Morning 2001 I was at the best in state Trama Center ER.
They wouldn't get within 10 feet of me.

Yikes, "pulsing necrotic black mass by the eye" !
Um, I hope that worked out OK for you.
And Doyce: I thought you'd told your toad familiar to knock that kind of crap off around mundanes.
Just kidding. Doyce's familiar is a very small bear.

Doyce and I know where he got his toad familar.
A dark night about 5 miles from USD.
Yea, the bite worked out. See it went from a red dot the side of a pen mark to a 2cmx3cm lump in about 36 hours. Doctor 1 said it was a staph infection. Within 3 days it delumped and turned into a red blister, that was Christmas Eve. By Christmas morning it was black-red and if you looked in the mirror you could watch it pulse and the colors change.
It kind of paralysed the left side of the old face and now it just is a very subtle scar. Which itches and burns like fire about once every 3 weeks.
I do Operation Clovis's Face Freedom whenever a spider gets with my visual range. I drop a Mother Of All Fists on it.
