And yes, it's a seasonal change... ice blue for winter, the russet-thing for fall, and I haven't done summer yet... since I live in Denver, I think a dry, desiccated brown will be most appropriate.

Actually, this rendition, er, renders better than the previous similar rendition.

(I now wait for the inevitable "but the only thing I changed was the color...")

Yep, that's all I changed.

I should point out that the 'test' I refer to has nothing at all to do with the color change, but with an 'effect' that this design seems to have on people.

I'll certainly report the results (if any) in the following weeks.

I like this better than the startling staring face on the other site. :-)

I like this layout better than the white and grey.

I can't talk about style, I use a nasty purple graphic on my page.

I still prefer the Old New page design.

The color is certainly ... verdant. In sort of a chlorine way.
