cloudmark is making software that plugs into your email program and records anyone you or 5-gazillion other users flag as spammers — once the concensus vote agrees that “Sender XXX” is a spammer, the software automatically reroutes any incoming mail from that sender to a “Spam” folder.
Suh-weet.
Currently only available for Outlook.
Not so sweet, but Outlook Express versions are coming soon.

Unfortunately, it requires a special port be open on the firewall, which is okay unless you have particularly security-conscious network techs.
