It occured to me today that my last major writing project involved hospitalization for food poisoning.

I really hope this isn’t a trend.

How many straws did you *eat* Saturday? And what else did you chew on?

Let's see, food during the blogathon...

Didn't really have breakfast or lunch. Lot's of ice water and iced juice.

PB&J for supper.

"Microwave 10 minutes and serve" chicken fried rice out of a box that I've prepared a dozen times before this... that was around 1 am. Justin had the half I left for him the next evening and he's fine, so it wasn't that.

Blogathon over, crashed for two hours and started Sunday with some Pop-tarts at 10 am, then pizza at 4pm.

That was my weekend. No straws were harmed during the writing of this blogathon.

It wasn't good food, certainly, but none of it was really risky.

And again, not to be gross, but with the fact that the troublemaker comes out of the factory virtually untouched, it's really obvious what caused the problem. :)

Oh, I know it's my fault! My first words to Jackie were "Oh my God I poisoned Doyce". For some reason your food predilections always come as an afterthought to me. I usually go through the list of other food-needs and then add "and no beef for Doyce" By that time so much is off the menu beef is easy.
