Down to Colorado Springs for at least part of the day tomorrow — at least the pickup has air conditioning this time — so posts might be a little thin.

There’s this… certification that I need to get so that I can (happily) be out working on training more, but through a combination of badly-written online tests, glacial responses from the people administering said tests, and some planning mistakes on my part, that which should have been all done and (happily) forgotten by last Thursday is still hanging over my head, waiting for completion.

Annoying bit that ties into Monday’s plans — it’s unlikely I’ll be able to finish it tomorrow since I’m out of the office. We’re trying to wrap this up before the OTHER guy that takes forever to call back finally does so, because if he calls and it’s not all finished up and ready for the next stage, WHO KNOWS when we’ll be able to badger him for another call?

There’s a great great great deal I want to say about this, but it’s not… probably not a great idea to do so.
