Yeah. Training in Fort Collins today.

Upside: actual training, which is so infinitely much better than not having anything to do.

Downside: other trainer is tagging along to check up on me interject try to remember all the classes they got to take that I didn’t that they haven’t had to use since the class was taken.

Yesterday was a bad Justin day, in that he basically screwed around all day (he’s off-track, and thus not in class for another week) — no, I’m not an ogre — I just wanted him to straighten up the house. After that (and being assured I would say “wow” when I got home) I had him read for an hour, work on his soccer drills, and then basically gave him the afternoon to play video games or whatever. Sounds fine?

Except for the part where, for the two hours where he was supposedly “wowing” the house, he was actually screwing around and the house actually looked worse than when I’d left it that morning.

It’s bad enough when that happens, but it really bugs me when he does it on a day when I was being pretty damn relaxed anyway.

No worries about that happening for awhile :P.
