This is about the creepiest thing I’ve seen in awhile, though I think I’ve figured out how they’re doing it.

Yeah, watching the symbols change for each number was interesting. They cycle through each time you click the "Try Again" button.

If I did the algebra correctly (and kids always say they'll never use it in everyday life!) the resulting number will always be a multiple of 9... guess those symbols aren't so random after all! Psychic or not, it's a very nicely done piece of Flash.
