While I'm not sanguine about anyone in particular conquering the world, Doyce would be on my short list, too. At least we'd have better TV shows ...

True...With Doyce in charge we would be invading FOX and beating people silly until they renewed Firefly, Farscape would be back on, and Joss would have at least one show on a different network every night of the week (barring friday and saturday nights).
