So Saturday, Justin got to go down to the Rec Center for “Saturday Night Live” (an open party/hangout thing for kids ages 10 to 16) for the first time. Good stuff.

The first thing out of his mouth on the way out of the door at 11 pm was “can I come back next weekend?”

Jackie was very pleased when she reported this to me. It means that we have a good motivator for him — rewards work so very very much better than punishments as a means of motivation, but when he’s been grounded off most of his rewards we are left with nothing else, so this was good news.

Yeah. By 9am Sunday he’d managed to lose the priviledge of going to the Rec Center this weekend. Pretty short motivational period.

So today I found raising hell, which helped me remember that I’m not the only one doing this thing. This site: it’s a good idea. I recommend it.

(thanks Gordon)

On the Chaos Coefficent, can I add in subnets or Operating Systems to the pet or family member numbers?

Cause I have a bumm load of both and they add to my Chaos.
