It will take several more years of accurized studies and assessment before experts can absolutely confirm that spending a half-billion dollars to tell teens “Hey, why don’t you just NOT have sex?” was the biggest governmental waste of money, per penny, ever.

boy howdy, and ever such a waste of money...

like you can 'tell' kids what to do.

all you can do with/for your kids: set 'em up with the best ground rules you can, as early as you can, and hope for the best.

by the time they are at the age to start worrying about it, they are gonna do what they are gonna do.

which is why I am for educating kids about stuff At Home. And stuff is that broad catagory of 'all kinds of stuff'... sex, alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, tv, peer pressure, etc...all those evil things...

Just imagine how much the analysis study is costing as well.

What would it take to get real with that message? Hm. Ban all sexually suggestive advertising and programming from TV, movies and the internet. Economy collapses, people starve and most everybody's far more interested in food than sex. Morality wins!
