If Iraq popped missiles at Israel and they fell short and hit the West Bank or went long and hit Gaza, it'd be a Zionist plot in the minds of those folks.

Remeber that Iraq liked to fund homicide bombers with bonuses to families of bombers and Arafat was a pal of Saddam's.
