Yeah, I know I haven’t written in a few days. (It certainly hasn’t been *three* days, however, which my loudest most loyal reader asserted today.)

Thumb-update: Better. I can wiggle it around and type for reasonable lengths of time without growling like a bear with a thorn in his paw (or fables to that effect). Getting it back into relatively normal working condition means I can post more while whining less. All to the good.
