At ***Dave’s suggestion, I’ve been using POPfile to sort spam out of my email.
The depressing part: Dave mentions that about 16% of his incoming home email is spam.
My spam percentage is about the same… if you switch around the ‘6’ and the ‘1’. :(

I don't think I've ever gotten office spam.
In all honesty, I very seriously considered killing the bears-cave.com domain this October rather than renewing it. Instead, I've gone for a slightly less radical involving hunting through the HTML of every webpage on the site and deleting un-secure references to my email addresses.

Hell, the alias I use for my PHONE on the bears-cave.com domain even gets spam. :(

And once you've got your own domain clean, you can move on to the entire rest of the internet! Mua-ha-ha-ha-h-- wait a sec, this is a sucky thing.
Anyway, bummer. Good luck with the removal of the unprotected addresses.
